- RCRon CrispOct 3, 20251.0The worst customer service at the mail posting counter. The employee was very rude and disrespectful! I have hearing problems and I told him my hearing wasn't good but his attitude was unacceptable. I will never use this location for posting or any other service again.

I asked why and she said she'd been cashing up. No apology or anything. No wonder Royal Mail is losing money employing useless people like this behind the counter.

They use a different till after certain times. So impressive thaa post office inside mccoll opens till 10 pm everyday from 6 pm except Sunday when it opens at 7 pm. A real time saver and customer focused
